<DescriptionText><text>
The punch requires some attention. Either a scheduled maintenance procedure is
needed (emptying chip drawers or oiling punch heads) or the punch is not ready to
accept plates (air pressure is low or punch is not in idle mode).

It may be useful to set the 'verbose alconv' parameter to 1 in order to obtain

</ServiceInformation>
<Cause>
"punch chip drawer requires emptying": the AutoPunch has punched a pre-set
number of plates, so the chip drawers should be emptied. These drawers are located
on either side of the punch. After emptying the drawers, select RESUME to continue.
</Cause>
<Cause>
"punch heads require oiling": the AutoPunch has punched a pre-set number of plates,
so the punch heads should be oiled. After oiling the heads, select RESUME to continue.
You can select RESUME and continue normal operation before oiling the heads, but be
careful to oil them as soon as possible.
</Cause>
<Cause>
"low air pressure": check that the Trendsetter has the proper air pressure (90psi), and
check the air connections from the Trendsetter to the Punch.
</Cause>
<Cause>
"punch not in automatic mode, check keypad if present": the AutoPunch is not in idle mode.
Check the punch keypad for the message "Punch idle". If that is not displayed, try to reset
the punch from the keypad, or turn the punch off then back on. This will reset the punch into
idle mode, ready for commands from the Trendsetter.
</Cause>
